We were both born and raised in Southern California. When our daughter was born we wanted to find a smaller town to raise her. Having family in the Sandpoint area since the 70's, we felt it would be a perfect place to live. We love spending time gardening, fishing, eating at local restaurants and playing with our kids, dog, cats and chickens.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood because it's quiet, close to town, and on the water. There is nothing better than waking up every morning to the Lakeview.

What makes this property unique

Our home is brand new. We are on 2/3 an acre with 100 feet of waterfront. We are 5 minutes from Sandpoint so amenities are close. The water behind the home is in a no-wake zone until you get to the main lake. It's perfect for kayaking, and paddleboarding, but is a quick cruise by boat to the main lake. Our dock should be completed by June of 2024.
