This charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom PET FRIENDLY home has recently been updated boasting coastal vibes and comfort. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, or fishing from your very own private dock, don't forget to bring the boat!

"The Marlin House" boasts natural lighting and coastal decor throughout. The kitchen offers updated appliances allowing for the chef in your family to cook delightful meals. Head into the living room to enjoy a cozy movie night or family game night. Relax from your beach day on the canal facing deck with your go to ice cold beverage.

Accommodating up to 6 guests you will find each room is tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind! Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, TV, and balcony access with canal views. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and TV. Bedroom 3 has a twin / twin bunk bed and TV. You will also find a shared hall bathroom with a shower / tub combo. On the ground level you will find a second bathroom (outdoor access only) with a shower / tub combo.

In the afternoon sun enjoy time on the dock fishing, or taking in the colorful sunset views! The nearby beach access allows for easy walks along the shore with your furry friend, or swimming in the warm Atlantic. The enclosed outdoor shower makes for a seamless transition from outside to inside, mess free! "The Marlin House" is sure to become one of your favorite vacation destinations!

NOTE: Boat lift or Boat Ramp is not available for guest use. Guests may use the private dock and tie boats off at the dock as much as they would like. There is a public ramp nearby.
