House: The first floor: To the Left of the house, you will find an office/den fully equipped with a desk and fast speed internet making it a great workspace. this space includes a futon for an extra guest. As you keep walking to the right you will find a social bathroom with a shower. This side of the house welcomes you with a beautiful high-ceiling living room with large panoramic windows overviewing the large backyard. There a fully stocked kitchen awaits you along with with an amazing dining room where you can cook and enjoy your meals during your stay. Besides the kitchen, you will find a washer and dryer room for your laundry necessities.

To the right of the house, it offers 2 bedrooms with their bathroom, TV, and massive windows for lots of natural light, a total of 3 bathrooms on this floor. As you go down the stairs an amazing family room with an impressive 85-inch smart TV along with some of the most comfortable couches. This family room is designed to make you and your family enjoy each others company in a cozy room. Every corner of this residence exudes comfort and elegance. The master bedroom offers you a luxurious and inviting space with a smart TV and a sofa where you can rest while overlooking the pool, the greenery, and the amazing view of the sunset from which the house got its name. Guest Access - In Sunset House you have access to the entire house to enjoy. From a 4-car garage parking to your private pool.- We provide keyless access for your safety and convenience but are available for any questions and concerns.  - The house is located in a private gated community. 
Things to Do:            Restaurants and shops are less than a 5 min walking distance include; Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Super selectos, and Papa Jones Pizza.
