AMENITIES: The private pool will open on 05/01st and will be closed for the season on 10/31st. The pool is heated automatically. Ceiling fans, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, gas grill, fire pit with outdoor seating, and pet friendly.
THINGS TO KNOW: Two dogs are permitted, and each dog is charged a pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package for guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
