Welcome to a Walker’s Paradise! This home on Queen St in Old Town boasts a 98 walk score. Pet Friendly, Family Friendly, and Business Traveler Friendly. During your stay you’ll be able to walk 15 minutes to the Yellow and Blue line King St Metro stop and 5 minute walk to ride the free trolley to nearby restaurants and shops! The playground and basketball court across the street offers endless fun with all the modern equipment!

Gaylord National Convention Center is a 10 minute drive

You will first enter the living room equipped with a luxurious queen size pull-out comfort sleeper sofa. No more bar poking your back! There is a stylish recliner chair and a velvet accent chair to relax after exploring the city! There is a 55” Smart TV with a Fire Stick and board games for family fun. The downstairs also has a half bathroom.
Next, you will lead into the dining area on the left with seating for 4 at the table. There are two counter barstools for a total of 6 seats in the dining area. To the right is a Delonghi espresso machine and electric tea kettle. Enter the fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee machine, ground coffee and pods, olive oil, knife block, silverware, cooking utensils, bowls, plates, cups, Tupperware, spices, baking dish, baking sheet, crockpot, air fryer, blender, toaster, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator.
There is a dog basket with bowls, leash, poo bags, blanket, toys, and treats for you to use during your stay!
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and a full size bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The washer and dryer is also upstairs. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a desk, closet, and dresser. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with closet and dresser. There is a 32” Fire TV as well.
Fully Fenced in Backyard with seating for 4 at the table. The parking is right out the back gate. There is a reserved off street parking spot. Guest passes for free street parking can be provided upon request for additional vehicles.
The house has 4 steps with a railing to enter from the sidewalk and 1 step up to the front door.
