The location could not possibly have been any better, just steps from the beach. The unit and the building was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The host was amazing!!! She could not have been more responsive! Thank you for the great stay!

We came for 2 weeks. We have never been to this area of Mexico, i booked not knowing about the area. The write was excellent, everything they said it was. Quick walk to the beach and 5th Avenue. We really enjoyed our stay, condo was excellent, pool was beautiful. My husband wished the hot tub was hotter, but in this hot weather I can see why it’s cooler.

My friends and I had a fantastic time at Aldea Thai. Great location - walking distance to everything (restaurants, grocery shopping, convenience stores, beach). Beach and ocean is beautiful. Pool was awesome! Really enjoyed the roof top terrace with the large plunge pool. Your home has so much room for us 65 year old women to have their own space to read, relax, enjoy the sunshine and our long-lasting friendship. Gals Beds were very comfortable. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Stacy is amazing - very quick responses to our questions. Thank you!

The unit is on the 4th floor of a 7 floor building. Lovely semi private balcony with street views and great ocean views from the rooftop. The kitchen has the basic necessities for meals in. Air conditioning is a nice bonus! Location is great if you want to be near all the sights and sounds of La Quinta Avenida.

I’m a Canadian digital nomad who spent January 2025 - April 2025 at Ipana, and it is top-notch. Boasting some of the best building amenities in town (4 rooftop pools to choose from, fully staffed bar, co-working spaces, concierge and security staff, and even a spa) paired with the highly sought after location (on 38th, a couple blocks to 5th Avenue and then a couple more to the beach, along with a grocery store you can quickly access through the courtyard), a stay at Ipana feels like luxury resort living. The condo itself was well appointed and fully equipped with everything needed for a long stay including an oven. I always received an immediate response when communicating with the host, and they were always incredibly helpful throughout my stay, whether it was arranging for cleaning or transportation for guests, etc.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect blend of relaxation, convenience, and luxury in Playa del Carmen!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was perfect. Beautiful view, nice pools and amazingly quiet considering the location. Like a little haven in the midst of the bustle. 2 min walk from the beach. You can see the beach from balcony and roof top pool. You can even order from restaurants below to roof top. Host supplied beach umbrella, cooler and beach chairs which was awesome. Unfortunately it took us awhile to discover some of these things. My only complaints is I wish a few more basics were provided....like sugar and oil.
