Just to clarify for future guests, this is a privately owned condo with a full kitchen, designed for guests to settle in and make themselves at home during their stay. It isn’t a full-service hotel, so we provide a starter pack with items like paper towels, toilet paper, dish pods, and laundry pods to get you started. From there, guests can pick up whatever they need at one of the nearby stores. For coffee, tea, and other consumables, we leave it to guests to bring their favorites. This helps keep things sanitary and also avoids unwanted pests. The same goes for beach gear—we leave guests to pack or rent their own based on preference. If you’re looking for a full-service, all-inclusive resort, we’re always happy to point you in that direction. We do appreciate your comments and hope you enjoyed your time in Orange Beach. Once our team was able to follow up, housekeeping was sent back to address the floors; however, we understand that by that point you had already taken time out of your stay to clean them yourself. That is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We will be reviewing your notes regarding the floors, rug, dust, dining chairs, dryer, towel count, and overall updates with our property care team and the owner.
