NOTE: Effective Sep 1, 2021 arrivals, the resort is charging a one-time vehicle registration fee of $20 per vehicle (limit of 6 vehicles). It is completely outside the control of the homeowners. However, we will assist you in making this payment and get you the access cards needed for the resort entry.

With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub tropical landscape surrounding the Emerald Island resort. The clubhouse offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at our home. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room; go for a walk in community nature walk areas; have a barbecue; stay in touch using the community IT Center; meet your clients in resort meeting rooms or enjoy a game of volleyball. Kids will have hours of enjoyment in the Children's playground as well. On those evenings when you don't feel like cooking, you can visit the many nearby restaurants.
NOTE: Emerald Island Resort mandatory vehicle access cards are can be purchased by guests at the clubhouse for a one-time fee of $20 per card.
