I have stayed at the Phoenix properties in the past and find them very nice. The location, amenities, views, and facilities are quite good. I look forward to returning to the area very soon.As a suggestion, the unit I stayed in could use a few updates. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful gulf coast.

Breathtaking view! Condo was very cute and comfortable (bed pretty stiff) lots of kitchen amenities. All of the employees were extremely helpful and SWEET! This place has absolutely everything for couples and families. Quick elevator, clean smell, close parking, easy beach access etc. Indoor pool is a really nice touch for NO SUN. Beach canopies have to be kept way back behind flag poles which really is a bummer being sooooo far back. Great place to stay so hurry and book it before someone else does.

We did not think the refrigerator kept our food cold. I was uneasy about the chicken salad. Also, the middle cushion on the sofa needs replacing. We had a difficult time finding any local channels on the main television.
