Front of See Top Floor Appartment Balcony Superb View + Quiet Terrasse / Parking

The appartment is ideally situated in front of the Grande Plage.
From here you are on the beach. You benefit from the view on all the bay. It says that from early morning to the evening you have the beautiful spectacle of all the boats going away out of the pier would it be fishing boats or wind leisure boats.
You hear the sound of the ocean as part of your life.
Such incredible that going a few meters in the city the sound is no more there.
You live the ocean.

Also you see all that is on the beach such as the children club. Our favorites are the two Club des Aiglons Club des As.
For passionated of surf as for sailing the surf school is 5 minutes away. The famous Les Sables Ecole de Voile is 12 minutes walk on the beach.

Living in the appartment you can feel the reasons why we appreciate the place so much. The place is both Les Sables as much as the appartment.

!! The specificity is that after all the way up through elevator you step up one more floor stairs.

For that reason you feel in your own world quiet.
You have the highest view on all the bay.

You can appreciate all the space of the appartment with all comfort.
You are part of our living as I would say the appartment is not all renovated for a rent purpose full of everywhere else equipments you have. It is our apartment we wish you feel as being here as friends part of us.

You appreciate for sure :
The immense living room 27sm with the balcony on the bay : breakfast there ? Night aperitif ? Fabulous. The table for meals is for 6 people. The sofa is for use to sleep if you are more than two people.
The full size kitchen. All necessary equipment is there. The decoration is new on the walls for the paper.
The great bathroom with a bath. Here is also the washing machine for laundry you need. Separate toilets.
The room with two beds 90 x 190.
The unique Terrasse is from here.

We go to the apartment each year for summer holidays since years. Years !
More we now even go to Les Sables all over the year so much the beach, the town, the apartment are well to be in whatever the weather.
We love the pure fresh air.
We appreciate the sable fin.
From the apartment we live the sea life from early morning to the evening.

As we have our habits we will welcome you through also our favorite adresses to go for the bread, the fresh food as for restaurants.

Why they chose this property

It is where we go for years.

We will make all possible for you to be here as well as we are.
It is organized in that manner that it is how we alive in. Not an apartment for rents so often.

It is a possibility to have people to enjoy Les Sables as we do. While it help us to pay for the residence costs that are high in France.

What makes this property unique

Top floor.
Balcony + Terrasse.

Parking. It is an uncomparable benefit here in pic holidays.
However be careful it is tight. Ask for being sure the car is able to fit.
We can also offer a secure place outside the residence 15 minutes walk.
