Overall the North Channel cabin was a great place to stay for my wife and I and our 3 kids. The property is located very close to Big Bay town park and the state park. Beautiful little cabin on a beautiful island.

Beautiful house and property! Such a cozy home with a cute kitchen, and a great seating area for our whole group. The spiral staircase to the loft is so neat! The bunk bed was bigger than they looked in the pics, everyone slept very comfortably! Loved the patio and getting out in the dock at the lake too!

Could not have been more perfect. The cottage itself is a dream, subtle Scandinavian charm on the inside while on the outside, thoughtful choices to harmonize this new construction with its gorgeous natural surroundings. I don't know how many times one of us said to the other, "This place is amazing." As good as it looks in the pictures, it's even better in person. It's about a hundred steps down to the dock, but it's worth it for the view with your morning coffee up top followed by a plunge into the lake down below.
