In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a baby crib and a high chair on request.

The central location of the vacation home is perfect as a starting point for exploring on foot. The distance to the nearest beach is about 15 minutes by car (8 km). The center of Mallorca's vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 50-minute drive (60 km) as well as the city's airport.

Pets are not allowed.
Guests have to inform the owner in case of bringing bicycles.
The air conditioning is only metered in the bedrooms. In the living room there is no meter.
Guests over 18 years of age must send a passport with photo and sign personal data and contract papers before arrival. This is compulsory.
