Finca Clarín is located at about 900 meters from Pollensa old town in the beautiful countryside with views of the mountains. The historic old town of Pollensa is within a 12 minutes walking distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place to visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa is at about 7 kilometers distance and has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor and a fine sandy beach. The seafront is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Clarín is a cosy holiday home furnished in the traditional Mallorcan style and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. All on one floor, the house offers a comfy living room with fireplace, a large and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast corner and two bedrooms, which are sharing one bathroom. The kitchen has access to a covered and furnished side terrace, the living area has doors to the main terrace.

Finca Clarín is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with a rose garden, palm trees and orange and lemon groves. There are two covered and furnished terraces with views of the romantic gardens and sun loungers to relax in the shade of the trees. There is an exagonal elevated pool in front of the property.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
