The apartment on the first floor of a brick terraced house is located in the heart of the green city by the sea. It is 100 metres from a park with a lake on the outskirts of Wilhelmshaven, four minutes from the old Rüstersiel yacht harbour and five minutes from the municipal park, Jade University and the RNK hospital.

The fully furnished apartment is ideal for 1-3 adult guests and / or 1-2 small children. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality solid wood furniture with Samsung LCD TV (32 inches) and fast Vodafone WiFi WiFi internet await you. The apartment totals ca. 50m². The 8m² bathroom is fitted with a bath, a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, a window and a shelf. There are handles for the disabled and a rotating chair above the bath. There is a wide sliding door. The floor is tiled. The living room-bedroom has a sofa bed (140 x 200cm), a sofa, a coffee table, a desk, a cupboard wall, a bookshelf, a chair, a standing lamp and a hanging lamp. You cannot hear any street noise when the window is open. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (each 100 x 200cm), a wardrobe, a dresser, two bedside tables and a mounted lamp. The fully-equipped kitchen is on the ground floor and is equipped with two cooking rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The first floor is accessed up a stair lift for the disabled and wheelchair users. The floor is laid with laminate. The bathroom is fully tiled. The 3m² guest WC has a washbasin and a window. There are a dresser, a hallway wardrobe and a mirror in the first hallway, while the other has no furniture. It is a wide hallway for wheelchair users, as far as the sliding door to the bathroom. There is a storage space under stairs that serves as a bicycle room. A radio, two cable TVs, Internet access (wireless on request) and central heating are available.

It is ideal for couples and families who would like to combine a holiday near the beach with leisure time by the beach and in the countryside. Disabled guests and wheelchair users are welcome, owing to the barrier-free interior: there is a stair lift from the entrance to the first floor and a ramp to the front door. The bathroom and kitchen have wide sliding doors and there is a spare wheelchair upstairs.

There is a seating area for guests in the south-facing garden as well as a garden table and two seating / deck chairs. Access is via the basement and laundry room. Parking on the street is free of charge.

Use of the stair lift is at your own risk and the owner assumes no liability. Users declare themselves in agreement with the liability clause with the booking and use of the lift. Info for disabled guests: the minimum width of the hallway into the accommodation is 100cm, the minimal width of doors into the accommodation (house front door, apartment door) is 100cm. You do not have to pass any rotating doors to get to the accommodation. There are access ramps with a max. 6% incline.
