The house is in Moscenicka Draga at the entrance to the village, on the road between Opatija and Pula. Moscenicka Draga is a little fishing village in Kvarner Bay with about 1700 inhabitants.

A total of five holiday apartments are available, each affording a great view of the sea. The amenities include air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and use of a washing machine. Parking spaces are available.

The living and dining room also provides a sofa bed for two people and an armchair bed for one person, as well as a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, hob, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath and a washing machine.
