A spacious yard lies in front of the house, accommodating parking for all cars and boat trailers. There's a new expansive terrace featuring a fireplace grill, along with a portable wood/charcoal grill, complemented by tables and chairs. The fenced and secure garden is adorned with lush greenery, Mediterranean plants, and an orchard boasting apples, apricots, pears, plums, figs, mogranji, cherries, lemons, tangerines, and grapevines. The ground floor apartment covers an entire floor with a spacious area of 110 m2, offering a comfortable and tranquil living space. It is well-ventilated, pleasing, and efficiently designed. The entry is independent, featuring a covered veranda and hallway.
Inside, there are three bedrooms, each accompanied by its en-suite bathroom with a WC and shower. Rab is a 93.6 square kilometers island featuring the village of Lopar, renowned for its picturesque sandy beaches.
