The villa was built in the early 1900s in the Liberty architectural style. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (the single bedroom with a piano), an office with a library. The furniture is handcrafted in traditional Italian style. Windows and ceramic tiles are original from the 1930s, as well as one bathroom with a whirlpool and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi, satellite television, and a fan. Children are allowed. Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view and relax outdoors in the spacious garden, a shared feature. The homeowners access the grounds three times a week to water and tend to the garden. The outdoor area is also furnished with a sun umbrella, table, and chairs. The villa is located in a small, tranquil village 4 km from Foligno, 25 km from Assisi, and 10 km from Montefalco, as well as near tourist resorts and hiking routes submersed in the natural surroundings.
