From the furnished balcony you have a beautiful view of the garden as well as a partial view of the sea.
Due to the ideal location of the flat, a bus stop (200 m), beaches such as Spiaggia delle Barche (300 m) and a market (150 m) are within easy walking distance.
Pets are allowed.
Parking is available on the property and on the street.
Bed linen is included in the price. Unfortunately towels cannot be provided. Home-grown vegetables available.
