Quiet finca in exclusive location near Ses Salines with pool and beautiful garden

Experience a relaxing vacation at Finca El Retiro. Thanks to the quiet, secluded location on an 18,000 square meter property, you can escape the everyday noises of civilization and unwind in the middle of a well-kept outdoor area.

First floor
On the first floor is the cozy and bright living room with a large fireplace, TV and sofa. The room also has a desk, making this finca ideal for people who want to work in a relaxed atmosphere. The dining room is located in a separate room. It is very bright thanks to a large window front and opens onto the fully equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower on this level.

Upper floor
The three bedrooms of the finca are located on the upper floor, each with a double bed (160x190 cm). One bedroom has a small private balcony, the other two have access to the large balcony across the entire front of the house. From here you have a view as far as the island of Cabrera. One of these bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The others have a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and there is central heating throughout the house for the winter months.

Outdoor area
There are various places to relax in the well-kept outdoor area: A veranda on the large terrace provides shade. Here you can relax at a large dining table or in a chill-out area. There is another dining table behind the house. There are sun loungers by the infinity pool with a view of the beautiful landscape. The washing machine is housed in a small outdoor room. The finca is particularly suitable for families with children, as they have plenty of space to play and run around in the large outdoor area.

Pool
12 x 4 m, depth: 120 - 180 cm, stair access, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower by the pool. The water is disinfected using an automated salt electrolysis system with an additional UV filter, which guarantees perfect, skin-friendly water quality without the addition of chlorine chemicals.

Arrival and minimum stay
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. Minimum stay of 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs

Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning only on request (25,50€/hour). Towels/bed linen for changing are provided in the house. The service is to be paid in cash on site.
