This charming house with sea views is located in Son Serra de Marina, with crystal clear waters and natural sandy beach. It is only a short drive from Can Picafort and the beaches of Muro.

This charming and bright house with sea views is located in Son Serra de Marina, with crystal clear water and natural sandy beach. It is only a short drive to the beaches of Can Picafort and Muro.

Perfect family home for 6 people with amazing panoramic views to the sea and the mountains of the bay of Alcudia, from the living room and the solarium terrace.

Decorated in a modern coastal style to reflect the colours of the sea and surrounding nature.

It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area on the first floor to maximise the excellent views from the large windows, you can sit on the sofa and watch the sailing yachts in the sea.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet next to the living room. On the ground floor terraces there is ample storage for bicycles, windsurfing and kitesurfing equipment, surfing or paddle surfboards.

The house has a beautiful terrace with fantastic views, here you can enjoy dining and relaxing, there are sun loungers, sofas, dining table and chairs and gas barbecue also an outside shower to cool off on those hot summer days.

Services and facilities:
The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and juicer. The washing machine is located on the ground floor. Internet wifi, smart TV and satellite with some international channels (German, English, French).
We politely ask you to be responsible with your energy consumption.
Through small daily gestures and changes in our daily habits, we can contribute to a significant change in the ways of a more sustainable and respectful consumption with our planet, just by regulating the temperature of the air conditioning to approximately 21°C and cooling to 23°C, and by ventilating the house well on summer mornings.
