You can also go on wonderful bike trips to discover the small idyllic villages and the beautiful landscapes around the lagoon. The communities of Fuhlendorf and Bodstedt are very idyllic on the southern Bodden coast. In the warmer seasons, passenger ships travel daily from Bodstedt to the Darß peninsula to Born and on through the Neuendorfer Bülten to Ahrenshoop-Althagen.
