The living room opens to an outdoor terrace where you will be greeted by a swimming pool. Near the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and two bar chairs. In the dining room there are 8 seats. On the outdoor terrace, a 31 m² pool awaits you, the peculiarity of which is that it contains sea water. Next to it there are 8 sun loungers. At the outdoor table with 8 seats you will surely enjoy family gatherings and on the outdoor gas grill you can prepare your favorite dishes or try traditional Croatian dishes. The little ones will love the many places in the garden where they can play soccer or have fun on the trampoline. A washing machine, a dryer and an iron are at your disposal. If you are accompanied by children, a food dispenser and a crib are a great help. The villa has 10 parking spaces in its own yard. Relax in this beautiful villa, refresh yourself in the pool during the day or at night, play soccer with your children or relax in the best company of your friends. In Istria you will certainly have the opportunity to walk through historical towns such as Labin, Pula, Pore? or Rovinj, which offer plenty of fun, day trips and visits to historical monuments that will not leave anyone indifferent!
