The flat (19m²) is on the first floor of a multi-flat-complex. You enter it by the inner yard. The room is very narrow so please watch the photos before booking. The room with the yellow wall is the hallway in front of the flat. The doublebed is in a living-/bedroom. The flat was renovated this year (2023).
The room has sat-TV and WLAN. The kitchen is equipped with water-heater, microwave, coffee brewer, Toaster, ceramic glasscooktop (2 plates) and fridge with freezer part. The bathroom is equipped with 1 shower and WC. The room has no patio. But near the entrance is a outside seat area which can be used by every guest. Parking lot and pets are only possible after request.
The Flat is 150m away from the promenade and only some steps from the Seestrasse (Main shopping street). EDEKA (grocerystore) and Rossmann (drugstore) are lying next to the building.
There are many restaurants in this area (fish, italian, greece, oriental, viking)
The parking lot is on the same property.
