Comfortable Holiday villa with private pool

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 51 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (mandatory)
- Guarantee 600 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 100 kwh / week for electricity and 15 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November - March the expenses for elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

The offered rental price for November - March is for maximum 4 people.

The Space:
Comfortable holiday villa with private pool and large garden as well as beautiful views of the Montgo mountain range.

The house has on the ground floor (at pool level) a large living-dining room (with open fireplace), 1 kitchen (with dishwasher) and exit to a breakfast balcony, 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms;
on the lower floor there is a lounge (with additional refrigerator, billiards), 1 bedroom (with air conditioning), 1 bathroom.

The garden is flat and table tennis and basketball are available for the tenants (the tenant must bring their own rackets and ball).

Directly by the pool there is a large covered terrace and a brick barbecue area.

Internet via WiFi available, small dogs possible on request (up to 10 kg and more than 1 year old), central heating by gas for the winter months.
Large, enclosed parking space on the property (steps go from the parking lot to the upper part of the garden and pool).

The house is located in a very quiet residential area in Tosalet III; Restaurant 1 km, supermarket 2 km, several beautiful beaches and bays within 4 km (sand, gravel, cliffs).

Other Things to Note:
Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles. Dog up to 10 kg and from 1 year possible.
