The beach promenade is right in front of the house and it is only a short walk to all shops and restaurants. The living room / bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 armchairs and a dining bar with 2 chairs. There is a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, a bathroom with a shower and heated towel rail and a small storage room with a vacuum cleaner. The parking space is in front of the house.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
