Winter break!

We loved this penthouse property. Lots of space, great position next to the beach, restaurants, shops and the marinas. Lots of space for six adults and very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

I have to say the host was excellent with communication and did respond immediately when we had a problem with no hot water. Also the location was excellent. Near to the wonderful beach and wide promenade and near to fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars. However, we did feel the apartment was very tired, we feel the photos of the apartment were taken a while ago. It was not as clean as we would expect and the bedding on our bed was old. It needs to have a good re-vamp and then it would be a great stay.

Comfortable penthouse

This amazing duplex was great to my family of 6. We stayed a week, the flat gave us every necessary equipment and some plus- it is a real home. The second floor is less lixurious, but the terrace view cimpensates it. Its situation is very good, beach, supermarkets and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. We warmly raccomand for anyone, families or group of friends.

Beautiful penthouse and perfect location

We loved staying at the penthouse. We had great views of the beautiful Las Canteras beach and the busy harbor. We enjoyed long walks on the beach. We fixed breakfast most mornings in the apartment. It was so convenient to have a grocery store across the street. One night we barbecued on the rooftop. We had everything we needed to cook in the apartment. There were many restaurants to choose from right outside the door. The location was perfect for us as we did a lot of touring around the island with a local friend. Nicholas was so easy to communicate with, answering questions that I had when we first arrived. Our stay was so memorable.

Little problems: Upper bedroom's tv's remote controll didnt work.We bought new batteries, but it don't work. Toalet seat of master beadroom didn't work all times, and it and water flow after pushing the button sometimes too long. Othervice we enjoyed wery fine. Best Regard Aarne and others

A great stay

Lovely penthouse apartment in a perfect location (close to the beach, restaurants, public transport links). It even got a small but functional gym! It's very well equipped and clean, communication with a host was smooth and easy. Highly recommended.

First Class

The Penthouse is a spacious, well-equipped, and stylish apartment (to note, there is a Nespresso machine) near the beach. The rooftop is ideal for sunbathing and dining, and taking in the fabulous panoramic view of the port, beach, and mountains in the distance. We will definitely stay here again,

Spectacular property and wonderful stay

We were one of the first people to stay at the Las Palmas Penthouse and we loved it! The location can't be faulted: it is right by Las Canteras beach in Las Palmas and near some wonderful restaurants (we especially liked going for tapas at La Oliva). It is huge, and the open plan kitchen/sitting room diner has massive patio doors that slide back to make the most of the climate. There a also a supermarket just opposite that is open till late and sells fresh fish so we could eat at our home-from-home too. The two terraces are great for relaxing on and get the sun all day. It's been fitted out really well with a great kitchen and three lovely bathrooms and was spotlessly clean. Nicholas, the owner was very helpful, giving us his top tips on where to go for food and drinks in the area. Our teenage son loved his room on the upper floor and the other two bedrooms on the lower floor are lovely - the beds are memory foam and get a 10/10 for comfort! There is fast wi fi throughout the space. All in all we loved it and couldn't fault it. It's a very special space and we will definitely return. We'd recommend it 100 percent.
