Available as a two or three bedroom home, 3 minute walk to gorgeous Hobie Beach, fabulous restaurants, short walk to Main Street all set within in a secure complex with on site care taker and only 19 homes in development. Very quiet (although you can hear the ocean from your home) and spacious one level home with only three steps to access home. Large Braai patio is elevated (inaccessible) and overlooks a stunning, tropical garden. Parking for up to three cars (one enclosed). Decor is a lovely blend of relaxed and functional open plan living spaces. Master bed and 5 piece bathrooms on separate wing from guests rooms with 4 piece bathroom.

We are a Canadian and South African couple living between the two fabulous countries.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home for it's easy access to the sea and to be able to walk to town and not be reliant on a vehicle. Rob loves surf skiing and surfing so it is wonderful to be able to launch from the beach just down the road. I love swimming in the lagoon as I am more fearful of the sea but love the healing properties of it - in the lagoon the water is super clean and I can swim forever without any fear of the sea life.
