The 2-room-apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building. It consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette (with one sofa bed; linens provided; with an espresso machine, dishwasher, complete kitchen equipment), a bedroom with double bed (linens provided), a bathroom (drying rack, iron and board; towels available) and a small balcony. In the basement is a laundry room with BOSCH washing machine and SIEMENS dryer, both belonging to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with fast WLAN (20MBit/s.) and there is free parking for one car in the garage. A modern city bike is available against a cash deposit (which will be returned during check-out).

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via the staircase. The underground garage has also access to the staircase.

The apartment is fully equipped (including kitchen and bath utensils). Also available are salt and tablets for the dishwasher, and washing powder and fabric softener for the washing machine. In case of late arrival you will find in the kitchen drinks and food.

The apartment is located in a residential area and is therefore very quiet. In 5-10 minutes walking distance there are several shops (e.g. pharmacy, drugstore, groceries, bank, restaurants).

The apartment is located in the north of Darmstadt. There is free parking for one car in the garage. A modern city bike is available against a cash deposit (which will be returned during check-out).

In immediate vicinity of the apartment is the train station Darmstadt Arheilgen. From there you can take the train line S3 directly to Darmstadt main station, reach Frankfurt Exibition Center or Frankfurt main station.

Furthermore a stop of the RMV bus line AH is located next to the apartment.

Nearby there are also stops "Loewenplatz" and "Messeler Straße" of the RMV tram lines 6 (to Alsbach) & 7 (to Darmstadt Eberstadt).

In general: For public transport usage of the RMV App is very beneficial (available for iOS and Android).

The apartment is not suitable for small children (under 12 years) or pets. The apartment is suitable only for maximum 2 adults. Additional/non registered overnight visitors are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No illegal use of the WLAN (e.g. no distribution and no consumption of copyrighted or illegal content). Guests are full liability for any damages/losses and are asked to avoid any loud noise before 8:00 AM and after 18:00 PM.

During check-in all information regarding the apartment, the building and the neighborhood will be shared. In case of any problem, the landlord can be reached by mobile phone/WhatsApp at any time.
