Summerville is in the beautiful village of Hout Bay. You will rent the entire 160 m2 of my duplex unit. Downstairs: Bedroom with super mountain views and built in cupboards, ensuite bathroom with bath, oerhead shower, toilet, basin, additional separate guest toilet, entrance area, large fully equipped kitchen with two fridges, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, dining area with 6-seater table, island counter, lounge area with sea view.
Limited DSTV, fast fibre uncapped WiFi.
Upstairs: huge main bedroom, with Queen size bed. Desk & built in Cupboards. Amazing view of harbour and Chapman's Peak Drive, as far as Kommetijie lighthouse.
Large bathroom with separate shower, bath, basin and toilet.
Third bedroom with 3 single beds.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of two shopping areas, numerous restaurants, the MyCiti bus stop and the Hout Bay beach. The picturesque harbour is about a 15 minute walk. There is secure off-street parking and everything is available for your dream stay.

Chapman’s Peak Drive is one of the most scenic and beautiful drives in the world and one of the most popular attractions of the Mother City.

Chapman's Peak Drive is affectionately known as Chappies. It was constructed in the early 1900's and winds its way between Noordhoek and Hout Bay.
Chappies has undergone a number of upgrades throughout the years that have earned it a number of awards for excellent engineering and innovative design.
