This newly built villa is located in typical central Istria with nice view on Adriatic sea and is surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and just some steps to lavanda farm. The white stones using for build this Villa are coming direct from Istria and are typical and specific sign of Istria. Location is in calm village Srebrnići near Višnjan and Poreč.

Villa is just some kilometers to the old centre of city Poreč and to the several beaches which are
reachable in some minutes by car. Srebrnići is just one kilometer from the village Višnjan, where
you can find restaurants, shops, bakery, butcher, post office, etc.
Outside in the private garden you will find covered dining area and a private pool with sea water. On request, pool can be heated. In the garden you can find playground where you can play bedminton.
Speciallity of that villa is, that each bedroom is located on a separate floor . All of the 4
bedrooms have separate and private en-suite bathrooms. A room on the top floor, is connected
with a large separate bathroom where you can find a big bathtub with beautiful sea view. In
Villa there is also a separate relaxing room, where you can just relax, or play billiard or table
football, play corner for the childrens and small wine bar .
