New house opened in January / 2019, with 5 bedrooms (4 suites and 1 bedroom with adjoining / external bathroom), living room with kitchen, TV room, air conditioning in all environments including living rooms, gourmet area, hydromassage pool , 2 car garage, laundry, in condominium in Trancoso. The house has 216m2 of built area on 2 floors, plus 48m2 of gourmet area and balcony.

4 suites containing beds in the double bed configuration each room, or 2 single beds, according to guest request. The suites' bathrooms have a glass shower, central heating system in the showers (no bidet or hygienic shower).
