My kafofo is 100 m from the beach with 1 bedroom, large living room, cable TV, WiFi, gourmet balcony, full kitchen, gas stove street, wc, laundry, 1 parking space in the unmarked garage and games room.
It is located on a high floor, new building with a wonderful view of the sea, it has access for people with disabilities.
Near the bakery / minimarket, ice cream shop, restaurant, neighborhood of Aviação / Praia Grande-SP
- The location is pleasant and with excellent lighting and ventilation, 100m from the sea, lovely view from the balcony. Ample space for family or friends.
- In the bedroom double bed and 4 pillows, in the living room a sofa bed, + an extra single mattress and a Futon Single folding matress that can serve as bed, TV 39 inches., Living room with integrated kitchen (American), table in kitchen, microwave oven, blender, cooking utensils, faucet filter, laundry area, wc and gourmet balcony.
- The building is well located, safe and monitored with security cameras.
- When you come back from the beach you need to use a bather's entrance.
- Please bring bed linen, bath and table.
- Used dishes should be washed and stored.
- We ask you kindly not to make use of the sofa for meals, nor to put feet with shoes on it. Do not lie down or sit on the couches and / or bed in wet beachwear.
- Security Deposit - If you damage the accommodation, you can receive a charge of up to $ 500.00.
-On extended holidays, only a 3-night reservation will be accepted.
- Access to the apartment is done by the central concierge when in social attire. In bathing suits the entrance and exit is made by the side gate destined for this purpose.
- The use of the lift by guests in bathing suits or with bags should only be done by the service elevator.
- Guests can use all kitchen items, we only ask that they be careful and warn us in case of problems.

- It is not possible to use the recreation area of the building.
