Villa Grace is a spectacular holiday villa located in the beautiful Salinas Country Club resort in Quinta do Lago. Located a few minutes walk from Quinta do Lago lake where you will find two restaurants 'The Shack' and 'Casa do Lago' and a host of water sports. The beach is a 20 minute walk away. This Algarve retreat features distant sea views, two private swimming pools, jacuzzi, WiFi internet and air-conditioning (supplement payable). Built on an extra large plot the property has plenty of parking. The entrance leads to the spacious living room with plenty of natural light and views to the Ria Formosa and the sea. There is a satellite TV and a dining area that seats 8. The adjacent kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, hob and American style fridge/freezer. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine/dryer. Sleeping accommodation on the entrance level comprises of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is also on this floor with double bed, TV, DVD player, en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace. The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower level of the property. There are two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The final bedroom has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. On the lower level of the property is a very spacious entertainment room featuring pool table, table tennis table, TV and DVD player. Outside the villa there are two private swimming pools. The first on the upper deck has beautiful views to the sea and can be heated against an extra charge. There is also a jacuzzi and barbeque at this level. The lower pool is surrounded by lawned gardens. Rates include maid service, pool towels and bed linen. Air-conditioning and pool heating available at a supplement.
