Casa Es Jardi is a cosy and spacious holiday home, located just below the impressive Tramuntana mountain range in Pollensa, furnished in a traditional style with wooden beams and terracotta floors throughout. It has three bedrooms, all with the air conditioning on a timer and two bathrooms accommodating six people. It has views to the mountains and the private swimming pool. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in a beautiful rural area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area features satellite (languages: Spanish, English, German) and stereo.

The property is completely fenced and is surrounded by palm trees and mediterranean vegetation, a well kept green lawn area, garden furniture, a spacious covered terrace with table and chairs, brick build barbecue with covered terrace for meals "al fresco" and a further shower room.

Private swimming pool (dimensions 8 x 5 m), sun terrace with plenty of shade.

Open air car parking (3 spaces)

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
