Extremely well located apartment in beautiful Dubai Marina with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and a supermarket conveniently located in the building. Just a five-minute-walk from the JBR beach and the famous JBR Walk. Dubai Marina Mall located just across the bridge, around 10 minutes walking. Also tram station is conveniently located across the street, which is an excellent way to get around Marina / JBR area, and it connects to the Dubai metro lines (in JLT and Dubai Marina).
