Welcome to your Oceanside retreat, a stunning beachfront haven designed for relaxation and adventure. This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom property comfortably accommodates up to four guests, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style.

Step inside to find a spacious, open-concept living area that seamlessly flows into a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with stunning ocean views. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the office area provides a cozy full futon for additional guests.

Both bathrooms are fully equipped with modern amenities, including a hair dryer, linens, and beach towels. The property also boasts a private deck with a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying the fresh ocean breeze and starlit nights. Additional features include wireless internet, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

The place was really nice and clean. The air conditioner in the 2 rooms needs to be cleaned or replace but it was not extremely hot so it was good. Access to the beach with kids is in morning until afternoon when high high tide comes in.

October 2016 Stay

My family and I had an awesome 8 day stay in Oceanside!! The unit was clean, modern decor, awesome Ocean views from the living room, open kitchen and 1 bedroom. Plenty of bath towels was nice, beach towels and firm but comfy beds. Steps from the water was a plus along with the fire pit on the patio deck. We will diffidently be coming back to this unit!!!

What comes with it is potentially compromising neighbors above, as we experienced during our stay. A rowdy bachelorette party with the requisite dancing and shrieking to a stripper was a bit hard to explain to our young children as they attempted to hear a movie over the din. Next time I might opt for a more private unit with BeachFront.

The unit was clean and spacious and was equipped with everything you need. My only disappointment was that when we arrived early and found the place to be empty and cleaned, we couldn't get in earlier than 4:00pm. I understand that this is the check-in time, but when I've stayed at other VRBO rentals we could always get in early if the unit was ready.

Beach Getaway

Home was clean, had all the necessities for cooking and keeping clean, and incredible view across the entire living area. During low-mid tide, it has direct access to sandy beach which is only found for the few blocks in this area. South of this area is very rocky, north is a cliff. There are rocks at high tide, but we were very capable of walking down to the beach area and play on the beach. It was also nice to be able to watch the kids from the back yard area and be able to see them on the beach. This was a COVID getaway so to be able to have direct access to the beach was a must and was perfect. Neighborhood is nice for walks and running and our dog loved the park down the street.

Thanksgiving 2016

Reviewer Comments: This Review applies to all 3 units (P5131-1, P5131-2 and P5131-3) that we rented from Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals during the week of Thanksgiving, 2016. All 3 units were clean, well-organized and adequately stocked. Outdoor areas/porches were neatly arranged and fully functional. The 5 (five) parking spaces that were provided for our vehicles was more than adequate. Location on the beachfront provided a semi-private area for our family of 13. This rental facility was an excellent venue for our children and grandchildren. I just received this unsolicited comment from my daughter/son-in-law, who have 2 children and are expecting their 3rd: “I feel like that entire week went by SO fast and I can't believe we're back to work today-- I miss the beach house and the waves so much!!! ???????? ”

Disappointed, photos didn't show the true reality

Reviewer Comments: The carpet was soiled and there was a big hole, there was mold in the bathroom, bedroom cabinet was broken, power went out in part of the apartment, TV was super tiny and we couldn't see the screen from the sofa, gate was broken and so on. I felt ripped off for what I paid and tried to work with the management and they said they would call me to work out something (I was hoping to receive partial refund, get into another place, or a credit of some sort). But they never called. It is too bad because we have used them several times in the last year but now we don't trust them so we will take our business elsewhere.

May 2017 Stay

Our first two nights at the Unit were great. Friday night we got a upstairs neighbor that played loud music. We let it slide that night, but they decided to throw a party on Saturday and we have been listening to loud music all day. I emailed beachfront at 7:30 at night and they responded. I called back at 9 PM and the maintenance guy told me he did a drive by and didn't hear any noise. It is now 10 PM and we are still listening to their music. I guess it would be hard to hear with the waves crashing outside with a drive by. The unit is nice and well stocked, but I expected a better response when it comes to noise disturbance. The walls are paper thin. I gave it two 3 stars for the way they took care of the issues. May not stay here again for that reason. No beach at high tide. Wasn't an issue for us since it was too cool to go in the ocean anyway.

A disappointment for the money

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Picture very deceptive, gives the impression there is a walkable, rock free, easily accessible beach right out the door. Not. Crudely poured concrete steps from common area to beach, not easy and once at the bottom, LOTS of unstable rocks washed up by the ocean to maneuver before reaching a small beach. Ocean waves almost to the barrier rocks most of the day. Again, not something an older person wants to try to navigate thru those rocks. Lots of steps from the parking lot to the unit, approx 16, I think, then even more from unit to the common area, around 18-20, then more to the beach. If you have any kind of knee or leg problems, this is not the property for you. There was a large hole in the carpet, the toaster didn't work, no cabinet storage space, storing supplies on the very small counter area, fridge smelled of spoiled fish, no information/instruction manual in the unit nor one provided. Walkable, rock free beach quite a walk and drive. Full sized washer/dryer, dryer on top, almost unable to reach the dial, totally unable to read the dryer selection. Could not get the heat thermostat to work. Entrance code didn't work properly upon arrival, requiring a person from maintenance. Very disappointed in this trip. However, a very nice view from the deck and the young man who came twice to assist was excellent, informed and personable.

Family Get-Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property is very nice. Right on the beach, very spacious balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and a washer and dryer in the unit which we weren't expecting, but absolutely loved having that convenience. Our first two nights were beautiful and quiet, but then we had a upstairs neighbor move in that was everything but. They had loud music blaring until 10 PM. The second day they decided to have a party with lots of people upstairs which is against policy. And it would have been ok if the music wouldn't have been so loud. I called at 7:30 PM to ask if they could ask the tenant to turn down the music. Mind you we have now been listening to it for hours. She said she would send someone to check on it. I called back at 9:30 PM since nothing changed and the maintenance guy told me that he drove and didn't hear anything. Maybe he should have come into our apartment to check on the noise level, because I am sure that with the ocean waves crashing and him being outside the house on the street in a car probably wasn't a good way to judge it. The had a big sign by the door saying "The party is here". I wasn't too happy about the response and might try an alone standing house next time. The property only had two minor issues. The sink in the first bathroom wouldn't drain well at all and the bench in the dining room was broken. We were able to work around it though. The location is great. It is close to all amenities. Maybe it would be great if they could actually enforce their own policy.
