The apartment has a good organization of space and has a relaxation area with sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave with grill and hob. Bathroom with tub, bidet and hairdryer.
Additional services available to guests: WiFi, TV, heating, laundry, iron and ironing board.

*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.

*** At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

*** Upon arrival you will be asked to pay in cash:
- the tourist tax payable to the Municipality of Turin by guests from the twelfth year of age, equal to € 2.3 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
- between 9.30 pm and 11.00 pm: € 25
- between 23.00 and 24. 00: € 30
- after 24.00: € 40
