There is an adjoining door for privacy between the upstairs unit and downstairs unit.

Downstairs is a full 2 bedroom apartment with a private deck to enjoy shaded evenings. Full kitchen with electric and a full bath with a deeper tub for soaking. Upstairs and downstairs have their own driveways for added privacy. Ownstairs unit can be rented separately and is labeled as private getaway.
