Fraser provide the best of both urban and rural living, fresh air and sunshine, with six parks throughout Fraser, and an off-leash area within walking distance. The North Saskatchewan River flows past, and paths through the river valley and the neighborhood offer countless adventures.

The bedroom and living room have a big windows for natural light. The suite has a separate entrance and access code is provided for guests self check-in and check-out.

Entertainment amenities include a smart TV equipped with free Wi-Fi, Roku TV (Movies, Music, YouTube Global News etc.) and Netflix Login with your account!

Your private suite contains a cozy queen-sized bed, a large closet space. Clean premium quality linens and towels are provided. The rooms have large windows, very bright and a comfortable space for two people. All appliances are also included for your comfort stay.

Anthony Henday Highway is just 1 min away if you have a vehicle, Anthony Henday is a 77-kilometre freeway that encircles Edmonton. You get free 24hr street parking.
