Release Wanaka - Mt Barker is a stunning private residence with amazing lake and mountain views.
Mt Barker is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom spacious property making it a great option for families or groups of friends looking for a luxury getaway. The private residence has a lovely interior with a large open plan living area. The lounge area boasts a comfortable corner couch surrounding an open fireplace - perfect for a relaxing drink in winter time.
Leading down from the living area is a gorgeous patio space with outdoor seating, so in the warmer months you can dine alfresco and enjoy the vista before you. There is also a central courtyard to the rear of the property, which is more sheltered if it's windy, and also houses the BBQ.
The 5 bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms, enjoying the lovely lake and mountain views. The remaining bedrooms are in two separate areas, one accessible across the back courtyard in a separate wing with 2 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms can be split into twin rooms.
Wanaka town centre is an easy 10 minute drive away, and you can get out onto Cardrona Valley Road without needing to go through the town centre - easy access for getting to the ski fields!
The property also boasts a spa pool - a great spot to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes.
Quiet hours between 10pm - 8am - use of outdoor areas is prohibited between these hours.
