My husband and I are accountants in Canada. We fell in love with Arizona and love to golf. We are not retiring yet but wanted to have a nice place to go to and also let others enjoy this property as well. We have 2 grandchildren 6 and 9 and hope one day they can travel to our property. When we arrived in Arizona it felt like home to us. We love that it is has no humidity and always sunny.

This property is perfect because it is close to all amenities. Easy to get to everything. Close to malls, restaurants , different golf courses.
What makes this property unique
For a villa this one is bright and open spaced, it is a total of 1572 sq ft of living space. The patio has a BBQ and furniture. Lovely quiet place. This villa does not require a vehicle because it is so close to all the amenities. This property feels like you are at a resort with so much to do and close by.
