Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - This beautifully furnished room offers a calming interior, complete with a king-sized bed and warm wooden furnishings. It has a flatscreen TV and access to a bathroom next door with a shower and vanity sink.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - This beautiful room continues the ocean theme with its bright interior and lake views. It has a queen-sized bed with warm wooden furniture and features a flatscreen TV, en-suite with walk in shower a vanity sink.
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - This subtly themed Mickey and Minnie room has two twin beds and white wooden furniture making it feel light and modern. They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
