The Space:
The calm and classic palette in different shades of blue and green fills the design of the apartment interior making you feel at home and comfortable instantly. A modern couch that can be turned into a sofa bed and sleep 1 has cool undertones and soft pillows. A soft rug, modern floor lamp, simple and unique pendant light, accentuating art piece and an huge TV completes the look if this space.

Enjoy hi-speed internet or watch your favorite show or just take a breather.

Have your meals on the dining table that sits four. The kitchen is packed with appliances, dishes, cookware and more to ensure that you will have an easy time cooking.

A king-sized bed with fresh linens and comfy mattress awaits you. Step out on the balcony to unwind, this is furnished with outdoor furniture where you can have a nice sit while enjoying your favourite cup of coffee in the morning.

The ensuite bathroom has fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There is also a welcome pack with tea, coffee, water, and more to make you feel more at home!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the outdoor swimming pool and gym.

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is an emerging area of Dubai. This family-oriented community is a breath of fresh air from the busyness that is apparent in Dubai. The tranquility that you will find in this place will satisfy your need to relax while not being far from the necessities that you need for everyday life.

Within the JVC community, you can find a mall, parks, sports fields, schools, and mosques, which ensure that you can enjoy your stay but not be deprived of your needs and even pleasure. There are a lot more to find in JVC but still, the serenity is ever-present as you lounge in your home or walk around the parks and play in the sports fields.

This is indeed a pleasant way to spend your vacation away from your home but still feel like you are in the comfort of a beautiful house.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus J01 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which is adjacent to the famous mall that has the same name.

Many things are accessible (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) because Circle Mall is just a 5-minute drive. Mall of the Emirates is only 15 minutes away by car. The Beach in JBR is a 20-minute drive.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
