Jeff is culinary trained and a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces (Navy/Air Force). Lisa have been operating her own business in the Health & Fitness industry for over 20 years. Her company, 'Live In Motion', offers clients anything from nutrition plans, yoga, personal training, personal coaching, Chinese Acupuncture to Pilates. Together, they are combining both businesses to offer clients a happy and healthier way of traveling!
