Historic Mill

The Marchmont Mill, built in 1832, has been converted to a beautiful home that preserves it's unique historical elements. Situated on the North River, the sound of the the flow never ends and brings a sense of calm as soon as you arrive. 15 minutes for Horseshoe Vally and Mt. St. Louis Moonstone, 7 min from Orillia and Coldwater. Base Lake less than 5 min drive.
