Make memories this summer at our cottage on Mink Lake, only 35 minutes north of Bancroft which offers a brewery, restaurants, Tim Hortons, several grocery stores, LCBO, Beer store, famous Eagles Nest Hiking cliffs.

Weekly rental only, Friday to Friday. $4000/week plus cleaning fee.

This amazing piece of paradise on Mink Lake has beautiful views of the lake with 152 feet of clean sandy frontage with 1.96 acres with western exposure and your own private beach area for the kids!!! This cottage is an escape for mature couples and families with children seeking a luxurious getaway with a maximum occupancy of eight (8) guests. This 4 season smoke/vape free cottage is 4 bedrooms (3 Queen Beds, 1 Double), and 3 full baths. The cottage is surrounded by crown land providing ultimate privacy and phenomenal sunsets! We have easy year-round access which makes it possible to visit even in the winter months. Great snowmobiling and snow shoeing !!! All of the pictures on this site are current, in other words, no surprises. Enclosed gazebo down by the dock. Sunroom for those rainy days. Deep lake, great swimming, fishing, boating, and the boat launch is close by so bring the boat/jet ski or both. Oh yes, if your into ATV'ing, or Side by Side'ing bring those as well, and explore the four season, multi-use recreational Hastings Highlands trail system within walking distance from this cottage.

At night, sit by the fire and watch the stars or go inside and choose from an abundance of channels on the Bell satellite or a movie.

The large deck and outdoor dining table are perfect for dining. The outdoor cooking area includes a Weber BBQ for the serious barbecuers, and you never have to worry about running out of propane............it's connected to the large tanks!!!

Something for Everyone: + Fire pit located beside the lake to enjoy the views and the stars (some wood provided for guests) + Swim Raft + Water Fun - 2 kayaks, 1 paddle boat,1 paddle boat all equipped with safety kits, and a large dock for fishing and motorized boats/jet skis + Great trails close to the cottage to enjoy a walk and the outdoors. Don't forget to visit the "Look Out", Algonquin Park for pony rides, and High Falls Trail. + Private boat launch located right on the property with large dock to accommodate motorized boats and/or jet skis + Life Jackets - 4 Large and 4 Medium provided for guests + Life Jackets for Infants must be provided by guests ++ We include bedding for all four (4) bedrooms, spices, napkins, toilet paper, paper towel, aluminum foil, saran wrap, parchment paper, variety of zip lock bags, garbage bags, and recycling bags

Other: Drilled well with full treatment system so no need to bring bottled water. Your choice.

The only thing you need to bring to this cottage is your food, beverages, bath towels, face clothes, hand towels, and beach towels.
