Located right on the lake in Port Severn, private patio with Crown Verity BBQ, access to outdoor pool, free kayaks, canoes, peddle boat, paddle boards and public fire pit. House comes with all bedding, utensils, plates, pots, cups, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, dishwasher, kettle etc.

Wake up lakeside, enjoy your coffee on the docks, or take a paddle to Lock 45. Your vacation home awaits!
