This home provides a perfect getaway to relax and unwind on the water’s edge, surrounded by nature with easy access to beautiful walks, cafes, estuary, nature reserves, golf course, beach and central Mandurah. The popular new Boundary Island Brewery is a short stroll away and is only a 60 minute drive from Perth city.

Guests have access to the full home, garage and jetty. Extras include free wifi, Neflix and Disney Plus. Bikes, kayaks, crab nets and a crab scoop are all supplied.

The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped. The main bedroom offers a king sized bed and a modern, new ensuite. Two additional bedrooms offer the option of a king sized bed or 2 king singles. Fans and air conditioners are installed in all bedrooms and the living area.
