Off the wide entrance hall is the laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a large family room/kitchenette with TV and sofa which has a split system air conditioner. This area has access to and a view of the back yard through large glass doors.

Lay in the queen bed in bedroom two and look out over the ocean at the front of the property. This room also has a wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bedroom three provides another queen bed and has amazing views of the ocean along with wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bedroom four is a large room with 3 single beds, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

There is a very spacious bathroom with bath and walk in shower and vanity.

Upstairs:

Walk up the lit timber staircase to incredible views of Encounter Bay from the floor to ceiling windows and doors across the front of the lounge and dining area. There are 3 lounges at the front and another little nook for a quiet read.
The high ceilings have ceiling fans as well as ducted air conditioning.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, gas cooktop, fridge, electric oven and plenty of bench space.

Bedroom one with queen bed is very spacious with amazing views of the sea front and beyond with a walk-through robe and ensuite with double basins, walk in shower and toilet. There is a tv in this room.

This level has another toilet with powder room.
