The living space is over 800 square feet with a large kitchen and living room The Bedroom has French Pocket doors that close for privacy. Like the Hummingbird, this suite stands for intelligence, Beauty, devotion, and Love. It is a suite meaning you have 100 percent control of the kitchen ( fully supplied) kitchen and bathroom. There are over 800 square feet of living space with your kitchen and bathroom. Plus parking and laundry.The new city of Winnipeg by law state only 29 days per booking. To accommodate longer stays a second or third booking is required.

I have lived in Winnipeg , Canada for most of my life . Traveled across Canada and south to Cuba quite often in the Winter . Renovation and wood working are the things that I enjoy and many of the pieces in the suites are my work . Each suite in the building was renovated by me and with love and care to make it a special place to visit . Some of the suite have the 1908 look with retro appliances and modern fixtures . I have a Doberman named Clay that is being trained and its a great way to spend time . I work and help out with a special needs program in the City called Equals Opportunities West .They employ special needs people to recycle electronics and are one of the best organizations there is in out city

Why they chose this property

The home is close to major shopping centers , Winnipeg Arena , University of Winnipeg . Also close to two Hospitals : Health Science Center and the Misericordia Hospital . Grab a bus from the house is a two minute walk and your on your way to any area of the city . Quite friendly area with a park close by to relax . Only 15 minutes from the bus depot , train station or the Forks shopping center . Its a very quite living space and updated Wi-Fi if in the working mood !

What makes this property unique

The unique location is what makes this an ideal location for a rental space . Wolseley is a older residential area with quite streets and large older homes . A safe and charming area with old churches and many corner stores and coffee shops in walking distance of the house . Grocery stores are close to the home and schools and university access . I made all my suites with a different theme and day to day I add more detail and improvements to the property . The property and its location is what makes this a unique benefit also as its in the center of the city !
